本会致力于增进北美华人社团和人民之间的联络与友谊，为推动和发展北美华人社区和社会的繁荣和谐发展贡献力量。积极推动和参与中美经贸、科技、体育、文化和教育领域的交流。致力于推动华人华侨融入北美社会的培训互助以及多元文化活动，培养或推动更多华人企业领袖和技术精英，协助华人参政议政，维护华人权益。
The Chinese American Opportunity Association (CAOA) was registered in New York as a non-profit organization in January 2020.
This association is committed to improving the ties and friendship between the North American Chinese communities and the people, and contributing to the prosperity and harmonious development of the North American Chinese community and society. Actively promote and participate in China-US exchanges in the fields of economy and trade, science and technology, sports, culture and education. Committed to the training and mutual assistance and multicultural activities of promoting the integration of Chinese and overseas Chinese into the American and Canadian society, cultivating or promoting more Chinese business leaders and technical elites, assisting Chinese in participating in politics and deliberation, and protecting Chinese rights and interests.
